PARTICIPATION

For whom is this offer?

We welcome all who are over 18 years old and who would like to get to know an authentic Poland and its most valuable landscapes. We also welcome minors accompanied by their parents or an adult guardian. There is no age limit, you only need to feel fit for your age and be prepared for long treks in diverse landscapes. Don't worry, no specific physical condition is required, all you need is a healthy body and to be prepared to spend a whole day outdoors. You will need special gear and equipment: a water-resistant jacket, comfortable and strong shoes and your own cutlery.

What can you gain?

Participating in our ecotourism trips can prove advantageous. For a couple of days you can tear yourselves away from daily routine and unwind. You will see many new, fascinating places.

You will be in contact with wild nature and outstanding landscapes will engross you. There will be an unrepeatable chance to spend some time in places not turned into concrete deserts, where water and air are unpolluted and you can still encounter wild animals. You will have a sporting chance of bloodless hunting with your cameras.

You will experience Poland, our traditions and culture; visit important, amusing and extraordinary places; taste Polish cuisine, get the gist of Polish language; meet new people with whom we hope you will make friends. Finally, you will see what real Polish hospitality means.

These ecotourism trips will give you a chance to prove yourselves. Long trips on foot in the mountains with all your belongings on your back, or canoeing all day long, making campfires, preparing food and cooking outdoors- these are only some of the tasks prepared specially for you.

The trips are organised in small groups. Experienced and qualified guides will make sure that everything works out fine. In most alluring places there will be guides to show and tell you about the things, which are often overlooked.

Whatever we do, we always remember about nature. Therefore there we won't travel by jeeps or cruise in motorboats in national parks. While trekking we will attach special importance not to leave waste, make noise or destroy the landscape.

By supporting local communities that we visit, we keep in mind people and their common well-being. We cooperate with local companies, organise accommodation in small chamber family-owned guesthouses. Remembering the motto: "eat seasonal food" we buy food at local farmers and shops.

There is one additional, but equally important, advantage from cooperation with us for you and for nature. We are not a typical commercial travel agency, but a non-profit organisation. All profits derived from the organised trips are assigned to campaigns towards protecting Polish nature. It will enable us to be financially independent from funders and governmental grants. A financial statement accompanied by detailed reports will be put on our website.

We are going to go on an enjoyable white-water rafting on Dunajec river, we cross many natural reserves on our route, for example: Homole ravine, with its tremendous rocks that reach 120 metres. We won't spoil time - most of it we will spend in Poprad National Park and Pieniński National Park, not to forget about a trip to a Slovak part of Pieniny.

We will dine in traditional inns, which serve Polish dishes. Tired by hurdles of our trip we can quench our thirst with a crystal-clear water from springs, which can be found in Poprad valley- spas like Krynica Zdrój and Piwniczna Zdrój are popular thanks to their curing properties.

Beskid Sadecki

We are going to go on an enjoyable white-water rafting on Dunajec river, we cross many natural reserves on our route, for example: Homole ravine, with its tremendous rocks that reach 120 metres. We won't spoil time - most of it we will spend in Poprad National Park and Pieniński National Park, not to forget about a trip to a Slovak part of Pieniny. After 6-day wandering, full of impressions and proud of our endurance we will rest by a goodbye fireplace on the seventh day of the trip. Probably nobody will want to leave Poland!
